Voc: speak Malayalam, get it written

Voc turns voice notes in Malayalam or Manglish (Malayalam mixed with English) into clear English: emails, sticky notes, to-dos, calendar dates and shopping lists.

Write emails in English by speaking Malayalam

Say “Rahul sir-nu mail ayakkanam, nale njan varilla, Ammede doctor appointment und” and get a polite English leave email with the right dates, ready to open in Gmail or your mail app. Make it more formal, friendlier or shorter in one tap.

Sticky notes that write themselves

Talk it out, and your note writes itself onto a sticky note in handwriting, in English or in your own words. Add to a note later by speaking again.

To-dos, dates and shopping lists

Voc understands Malayalam numbers and units (arakilo is half a kilo, pathu mutta is ten eggs) and dates like “adutha velliyazhcha” (next Friday). Shopping lists open each item in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket or JioMart; dates go to Google Calendar.

Free and private

No account and no sign-up. Notes stay on your phone, and audio is never stored. Works on Android, iPhone and desktop browsers, and installs like an app.

Voc for Android

An Android app is on its way to Google Play. Join the Android test to get it first.
